Brent Hartsell is an accomplished educational leader with more than 15 years of experience helping educators drive meaningful results in the classroom. As Senior Director of Professional Learning at Learning Ally, he provides strategic leadership for professional learning initiatives that support the effective implementation of Learning Ally\u2019s programs and instructional solutions. He oversees a team of educators, designers, and facilitators who create and deliver high-impact learning experiences for educators nationwide.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brent\u2019s background spans roles as a classroom teacher, technology coordinator, educational consultant, and edtech leader. He holds a Master\u2019s degree in Instructional Technology and Design and brings deep expertise in adult-centered learning design and continuous improvement. His approach ensures that professional learning is practical, engaging, and scalable. Brent is deeply committed to equity, innovation, and empowering teachers with the tools and support they need to improve literacy outcomes for their students.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
